Is there a store near me? Currently, we have locations in central Illinois only.   

What payments do you accept? We take cash, plus all major credit/debit cards. We do not accept checks. 

Is there always a line? NO!!! Only before we open! We let everyone inside when we open. If you don’t want to wait in line just come when we open! 

Does it cost to get in? NO!!! It doesn’t cost anything to enter the store!   

Once I get in line can I leave and come back? No! You may only go to your car to put away items like folding chairs, bags, etc. If you leave the parking lot you are forfeiting your spot in line, over all. Just be respectful to one another. Don’t wait in your car while everyone else waits in line.

I smoke, Can I smoke in line? We would respectfully ask you to step away from the line if you feel the need to have a smoke. Its ultimately up to you how you’d like to handle that. But, please be respectful to those around you.    

What about Children? ALL Children under 12 years old MUST BE with a parent at ALL TIMES. If we find your child unattended, you will be asked to leave.    

If there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges how do I know my item works?   These products are classified as overstock, discontinued, shipping damaged, seasonal or returns. There is a chance it may not work. To prevent buyers remorse, we have check stations to open and inspect your items thoroughly before purchase! These items are classified as liquidations! The prices reflect that!   

How often do you restock?  Every Friday we open the doors to a new truckload. You should follow us on Facebook for store updates and flash sales. 

  

What types of products do you sell?  Literally everything! Electronics, tools, automotive accessories, household items, furniture, clothing, toys and so much more! You never know what you’ll find and neither do we! That’s a big part of the excitement that keeps people coming back week after week. These products are classified as overstock, discontinued, shipping damaged, seasonal or returns. The prices reflect that!   

What is your return/exchange policy?   Everything is sold as-is. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. These are classified as liquidations! The prices reflect that!   

What time can we start lining up?  Whenever you like. But please don’t spend the night.   

Is it true that I cant bring in a stroller, Backpack, cart, or an outside bag? Yes, that is 100% true. This policy prevents theft and we are limited on space so strollers in the crowd cause issues. We do not recommend bringing toddlers into the store Saturday mornings.    

If I can't open a box how will I know what's inside?  If you would like to open a box it’s required that you go to one of the designated check stations and have an employee help you. There are many small parts that may fall out of open boxes. All boxes are taped shut to start with. You take items to the check station open them and reseal them afterwards. If we find you opening boxes in the bins YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

 

Where do I get a FRONT OF THE LINE PASS? You can ONLY win or find FRONT OF THE LINE PASSES. A few easy way to win a pass is the LIKE, SHARE, and COMMENT on our posts when we post them! We will give them away weekly BEFORE Saturday’ and Sundays Big Sale Day!   

Can I save a spot in line for my friends? Absolutely NOT. To be fair to everyone there is NO line saving. If you aren’t in line and there is a line. You MUST go to the back of the line. NO Exceptions!
